About Us

KuroCreative LLC was formed in January, 2009. It was started by 3 graphic design students at Old Dominion University. Ryan Herbert wanted to start up a t-shirt design company. He told his classmate, Dennis Latina, about this idea and they both agreed to develop concepts and strategic plans. After brainstorming they decided to bring in a third member, Tony Agreste. The three of us decided to merge our talents and create a web, print, and multimedia design company. We are currently working from our office, which is a spare room at Tony Agreste's house. We, KuroCreative, are extremely passionate about creating innovative and affordable creative services for our clients.

Ryan Herbert

My name is Ryan Herbert, and I will soon (in approximately one month from now) be obtaining my BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Military Leadership. I have lived in Virginia Beach a majority of my life. I am a proud member of the United States Marine Corps, having enlisted approximately four years ago as of 21 December of this year. I am currently set to receive my commission as a Marine Officer in April. My interests other than graphic and web design include making music, listening to music, writing, playing video games, 3D modeling and rendering, and watching anime. I am passionate about web development, and have been doing it on and off for around eleven years now.

Dennis Latina

My name is Dennis Latina and I recently obtained my BFA in graphic design from Old Dominion University. I have been living in the same house in Virginia Beach my whole life. Other than graphic design, I also have a passion for listening to and creating music. I have a music side project, Piecing the Shattered Vision, which I independently do in my spare time. Along with that, I’ve always been interested in video editing and movie making. It’s always an enlightening experience to be able to make things artistically that mean something to me or could mean something completely different to another person. KuroCreative is an outlet to channel my artistic passions. I also enjoy spending time with my wonderful girlfriend, going to the beach, watching movies, and hanging out with my friends.

Tony Agreste

My name is Anthony Agreste and I graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Art History. I discovered my love for designing back in a Desktop Publishing class in High School. Ever since then, I’ve been committed to designing and I love taking on new design challenges. I’m always thinking about design, even when I go out. I’m constantly having a live critique in my head of everyday design. I can’t pass by a billboard or even look at a restaurant menu without thinking to myself whether or not it’s a design to admire or one that needs work. Along with always thinking about design, I’m also an extremely dedicated individual who’s passion is designing. Outside of designing, I love to hangout with my girlfriend, my family, and my friends. I’m also a HUGE Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I love being active and going to the beach during the summer as well. I’d also say I'm a movie fanatic, as I have over 500 movies in my collection.
